What is it all about?
We train with light weights or at home equipment. These are short workouts, and you can do them in the comfort of your very own home and even have baby join in as soon as he or she is earth side!
The Legallyfit pregnancy program consists of short bursts of workout videos where Angel trains with you, in her 30th week of pregnancy! The videos are about 20 minutes long and consist of the following workouts:
- Arms
- Legs
- Abs & Stretching
- Cardio
- Fit tips
During this pregnancy workout segment, you will need:
Light dumbbells (1-3kg’s) or canned food;
Barbell (5kg’s) or a broom
Resistance band (which we sell) or gym pants or pantyhose
Pilates ball (this will become your pregnancy friend!)
Magic Circle or Big water jug
Gliders or Paper plates
What happens after you join?
- You will get sent the “private-members-only” Facebook page link
- Request to be invited and allowed into the group if you did not get the Facebook invitation in your inbox or spam folder
- As soon as you have been allowed in, you will have access to all of the video content for a nine month period from date of payment
- You will need a Facebook page to join, and if you do not have one, just create a basic one just for the sake of joining.
